The new iPhone 6s has a really nice lens, but if you want to capture a wider angle, it’s not up to par to a regular camera such as a Canon or Nikon DSLR. If you want to take your iPhone photography to the next level, I highly recommend adding some sort of lens to it. Though there a bunch of different lenses out made by various vendors, I ended up picking the Moment 2x Wide Angle lens (read below to see why). In this episode, I unbox the Moment iPhone wide angle lens and show you how to set it up with your iPhone.
So why did I pick the Moment lens over the others even though it’s a bit more expensive? To me, photography is all about the quality of the image and when you start adding lenses to your iPhone, if the glass you put in front of it is of lower quality, your photography will degrade. You will see photos out of focus, distortion in the edges, colors that are not accurate, etc.
